NUDDA M.A.X.Training

NUDDA is a cross training method that has strong foundations in western boxing. It expands on this foundation and brings in elements of Muay Thai and other South East Asian Martial Arts.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a self defence system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. It's highly addictive, fun and will give you a complete workout - mind, body and spirit.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai, the art of eight limbs uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. It ticks all the boxes when it comes to learning practical skills and getting into amazing shape.

Strength & Conditioning

At Total Combat we also offer functional fitness training. Focusing on strength, agility and movement we offer classes to improve physical fitness and minimise risk of injury.

Combat Fit​

 

The ultimate stress reliever. This high intensity workout combines bag work, pad work and functional fitness exercises. Perfect for people without any martial arts experience.
